Delivery Information
Dispatch
We aim to dispatch your order within 1 working day after you checkout. For orders placed on weekends or bank holidays, we will dispatch your order on the first working day following your order placement.
Standard Delivery
Free delivery on orders over £35
- We use Royal Mail / Yodel / Hermes for our Standard Delivery option
- This is a tracked service
- Estimated delivery time: 3-5 working days from dispatch
- You will receive an email after your order is dispatched with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel
- For orders below £35, we charge £2.99 for standard delivery, which will be added to your order total at checkout
If you don't receive your tracking information, please let us know, and we will resend the email for you.
Please note: We do everything we can to get your parcel to you within the above time frame. However, once the courier has your parcel, there may be circumstances that cause delays. If your parcel is late, please let us know, and we will contact the courier.
Track Your Order
Once a tracking number has been issued, you can track your order through our website by clicking on the "Track Your Order" link in the menu.

International Orders
We are very sorry, but at this stage, we can only offer our products to customers in the United Kingdom. This applies to orders placed directly through My Pet Market.
For international customers interested in our products, please check with our business partners, as some may offer international shipping options.
