Unhappy with Your Purchase?
At My Pet Market, we want you and your furry friend to be completely satisfied. If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy.
What can be returned?
You can return most unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in the original packaging and in the same condition you received it.
What can't be returned?
- Perishable goods (e.g., food)
- Gift cards
- Dog bags
What about partial refunds?
We will only grant partial refunds for items:
- Not in original condition
- Damaged or missing parts (not due to our error)
- Returned more than 14 days after delivery
Items from Other Vendors
Please note that items purchased from other vendors on our marketplace have their own return policies. If you need to return an item purchased from another vendor, please contact them directly for their return process and policy.

How to return an item:
- Contact us at info@mypetmarket.co.uk to initiate your return.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if available).
- Ship the item back to the address we provide.
Return shipping costs:
You will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the mistake was ours.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll send you an email confirmation. We will then process your refund within a certain number of days, depending on your original payment method.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at info@mypetmarket.co.uk and we'll be happy to assist you.
